TaxPro Canada Inc. provides professional tax preparation services (referred to as “Services”) to assist you in filing your tax returns. These Services are governed by the terms and conditions outlined below, which may be updated periodically at our discretion.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Non-Refundable Purchases: All services purchased from TaxPro Canada Inc. are non-refundable.
- Record-Keeping Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining all records related to your tax returns, including original receipts and supporting documents. TaxPro Canada Inc. is not obligated to store your documents unless required by law or business needs.
- Communication of Tax Information: TaxPro Canada Inc. may communicate with you via email; however, while we take measures to keep our communications secure, you understand and accept that no method of electronic communication is entirely risk-free. We recommend avoiding the transmission of highly sensitive information via email. Do not send sensitive tax information to our experts via email unless explicitly requested and through secure channels.
- Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using any Service, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Our tax preparation services are designed to simplify and expedite the process of filing your tax return, allowing you to focus on what matters most. Here’s how it works:
- Initial Consultation if needed: Contact us to schedule an initial consultation where we will discuss your tax situation and determine the best approach for your needs.
- Document Submission: Provide us with all necessary documents and information required to prepare your tax return. This can be done through secure channels as advised by our team.
- Tax Preparation: Our experienced tax professionals will prepare your tax return, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
- Review and Filing: Once your tax return is prepared, we will review it with you and answer any questions you may have before filing it with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

EXPERT SERVICE:
Our Expert Service allows you to have a tax expert review your return and answer basic tax-related questions. By booking an appointment or submitting a callback request, you consent to the expert accessing your tax return data and contacting you. Callbacks are limited to 10 minutes, and review appointments vary in duration based on your needs.
Exclusions from Expert Help Service:
- Topics unrelated to income taxes (e.g., sales, inheritance, bankruptcy)
- Tax planning, audits, or business incorporation questions
- Prior-year returns, estates, trusts, or non-resident tax issues
AUDIT PROTECTION & PRIORITY SUPPORT:
This add-on provides:
- Unlimited priority phone support
- Audit Protection: Our experts will guide you through CRA audits or reassessments but will not represent you or provide legal advice.
REFILE:
We can file T1 adjustments at an additional fee of $30 upon your request. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of these adjustments.
STORAGE/DELETION OF TAX RETURN FILES:
Your tax return data may be available upon request for up to 3 years from the date of preparation. TaxPro Canada Inc. may retain your data for up to 7 years for legal or business purposes.
HELP AND SUPPORT:
We offer various support methods, including phone and email. Additional fees may apply for specific support services. All additional requests and help will be charged at $70/hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
WARRANTIES:
All warranties or guarantees provided by TaxPro Canada Inc. are for the original user only and are non-transferable. Breaching any terms of this agreement voids these warranties.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TaxPro Canada Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our Services, except as expressly stated in this agreement. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax return and any penalties or interest incurred due to errors.
100% ACCURACY GUARANTEE:
If you incur a federal or provincial penalty or interest due to a preparation error in our services, TaxPro Canada Inc. will reimburse you for the penalty or interest amount, provided the error is not due to your misuse or omission of information. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the penalty assessment.
